すみません、…

すみません opens almost anything

すみません means "excuse me" and "sorry" at once. Say it first, then your sentence: すみません、ピザを配達しますか.

お願いします ("please") turns any noun into a polite request: メニューをお願いします, "the menu, please".

すみません、ピザを配達しますか？

Excuse me, do you deliver pizza?

すみません、メニューをお願いします。

Excuse me, the menu, please.

すみません、お会計をお願いします。

Excuse me, the check, please.
